Our quality management system certification service includes comprehensive support in building and implementing a quality management system concept. Together with the customer, we define key processes and train management and employees in the requirements of ISO 9001. We train internal quality auditors and assist in the creation of system documentation.
We participate in the certification process, support customers in conducting system, process and product audits, define non-conformities and develop corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
Together with the customer, we define the key suppliers and develop a framework programme of audits. For each audit, we prepare a plan together and then carry out a system audit based on the ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949 standard, as well as a process audit based on the VDA 6.3:2023 standard.
The audits are carried out by certified and experienced auditors. In addition, we verify together with the customer the effectiveness of the supplier’s corrective actions taken.
We take a systematic approach to the problem-solving process at our customers, defining technical and system root causes on the basis of facts (not assumptions). We define corrective actions, corrective actions and finally preventive actions together with the customer. Together, we also verify the effectiveness of the actions taken.
